Key responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice and recommendations.
Sales and Transactions: Process sales through cash registers or other systems, handle payments, and assist with returns.

Product Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to help customers make informed decisions.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Work to achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Problem Resolution: Patiently handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Candidate Requirements

Essential skills and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team.
Product knowledge and a willingness to learn about new products.
For some roles, previous sales experience may be required or preferred but training will be provided for all roles placed.
