Candidate Requirements

Education and Certifications:

- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications advantages but not required.

Technical Skills:

- Strong desktop support skills, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.

- Experience with server operating systems, such as Windows Server an added advantage but not required.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support an added advantage but not required.

- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Desktop Support Experience:

- Proven experience in providing desktop support to end-users.

- Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.

- Troubleshooting skills for desktop-related issues.

Communication and Customer Service:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

- Excellent customer service skills.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptability:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Time Management:

- Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.

Team Collaboration:

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Minimum 1 year work experience
