We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Practice Manager at an established Accounting Practice based in Durban North!

The main purpose of this role is:

·        To oversee the daily operations of the accounting practice, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate billing, and excellent client service.

·        To manage practice accounts and administrative functions while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

We require a candidate with:

•           5+ years’ experience in an accounting practice management role.

•           Hands-on experience using Greatsoft and Pastel (essential).

•           A solid background in accounting administration and client billing.

•           Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

•           A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
