We’re looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead with a strong technical foundation and a background in the telecoms industry, ideally within Fibre Network Operator (FNO) or Mobile Network Operator (MNO) environments.
This role combines hands-on software development with system design, architectural leadership, and team mentorship.

Requirements:

·        5+ years’ experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/5+).

·        Proven experience in systems design and architecture (Microservices, SOA).

·        Strong MS SQL Server expertise.

·        Leadership experience – mentoring, guiding, and managing development teams.

·        Experience working in Telecoms (FNO/MNO) environments.

·        Deep understanding of Prepaid Airtime Systems and related integrations.

Desirable Skills

·        BSc in Computer Science or related field.

·        Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

·        Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

·        Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is advantageous.

·        Knowledge of telecoms protocols (e.g., Diameter, SMPP, REST, SOAP).
