The UI/UX Designer Front-End Developer will design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts, as well as building responsive, accessible front-end interfaces. The role blends user-centered design thinking with hands-on front-end development (HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks) to deliver visually appealing and functionally robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive front-end interfaces

·        Translate UI/UX designs into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code

·        Optimize applications for usability, speed, and accessibility

·        Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

·        Conduct user research, testing, and feedback analysis

·        Maintain UI specifications, reusable components, and design consistency

·        Analyze usage data and suggest improvements

Key Requirements:

·        Proven experience as UI/UX Designer, Front-End Developer, or hybrid role

·        Strong portfolio of design and front-end projects

·        Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design

·        Experience with frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, React – advantageous)

·        Skilled in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, UXPin)

·        Knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility

·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
