Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies together with our creators.

  • Research trends and build structured content lists.

  • Write scripts, hooks, and storylines.

  • Coordinate with editors and designers.

  • Analyze performance data – identify what goes viral and why.

  • Take ownership of creator account growth and scaling.

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree (any field) – what matters is the ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with full ownership.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Creator Management.

  • Deep understanding of virality (Technical Understanding of Reels).

  • Analytical mindset combined with creative drive.

  • Hungry, humorous, independent, and obsessed with social media.

  • Excellent English skills (C1 or higher).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with influencers or creators.

  • Proven portfolio of successful social media projects.

  • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Google Sheets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field that demonstrates independent problem-solving and critical thinking.
    (A background in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or Design is a plus but not required.)

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media, content strategy, marketing management, or influencer marketing.

  • Exceptional creative writing and storytelling ability – you know how to craft hooks, captions, and scripts that capture attention.

  • Strong research and organizational skills – able to build structured content plans, trend lists, and detailed reports.

  • Proven expertise with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – you don’t just consume trends, you understand what makes them work.

  • Editing proficiency: solid experience in CapCut (minimum) and ideally Adobe Premiere Pro – you can cut short-form content with strong pacing, clean transitions, and emotional impact.

  • Deep understanding of Western social media culture (memes, trends, humor, storytelling) – you don’t just study it, you live it.

  • Highly proactive and innovative mindset – constantly generating new content strategies and creative ideas.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher).

  • Full ownership mentality – you manage your creators and projects autonomously in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience managing influencers or creators directly.

  • Portfolio showcasing successful social media projects or campaigns.

  • Additional design or editing experience (Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar).
