ITC Sector – Telco Exposure

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and accurate Intern to join our team as a Data & Operations Administrator within the ITC sector. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain exposure in the telecommunications (telco) space while supporting critical data and operational functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing data and operational requirements, activating subscriptions across various platforms, and working with both internal and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage data related to subscriptions, billing and operational requirements.
• Activate and maintain subscriptions between third-party vendors and multiple platforms, including internal ERP systems, billing systems, third-party billing systems, and API-integrated platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data processed and entered into systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
• Assist in the monitoring and reporting of subscription statuses and operational metrics.
• Support the integration of new platforms and third-party solutions as required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and data flows.
