Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Architect & Interior Designer to be based full-time on site. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit and extensive experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings for complex architectural and interior works. The role requires a combination of design sensibility, technical understanding, and practical on-site coordination capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and interior shop drawings in Revit, ensuring full alignment with GFC drawings and site conditions.
• Develop detailed joinery, ceiling, flooring, and wall finish drawings, including sections and assembly details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines for design integration and clash resolution.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Coordinate materials, samples, and mock-ups with vendors and contractors for design and quality compliance.
• Maintain and manage drawing logs, revision control, and transmittal records.
• Provide real-time design solutions and respond to site-related technical queries.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings and provide progress updates on design documentation.
• Support procurement and execution teams with detail clarifications and design intent verification.
