Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Millwright/ Electrician with experience in the concrete or cement industry for a short-term contract based in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance, fault finding, and equipment optimization in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment
• Conduct fault finding and repairs on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, and control panels
• Support production teams with breakdown response and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status
• Assist with shutdowns, installations, and commissioning as needed
