The client is seeking an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join their dynamic team in Rosebank. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leasing and managing commercial, retail, and industrial properties, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property professionals. This position requires a proactive individual who can maximize occupancy, negotiate leases, and identify new business opportunities within the property market.

Key Duties:

Lease and market available commercial, retail, and industrial spaces.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and agents.
Negotiate lease terms and renewals in line with company policies.
Drive portfolio occupancy and minimize vacancies through strategic marketing.
Maintain and update leasing information on MDA or SAP systems.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks.
Compile and present weekly reports on vacancies, lease expiries, and portfolio performance.
Ensure compliance with FICA, POPIA, and property regulations.
Assist in preparing budgets, commission calculations, and turnover reports.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
4 + years experience in commercial property leasing or management
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or MDA preferred
Strong understanding of property compliance (FICA, POPIA, etc.)
Financial literacy – able to interpret budgets, commissions, and turnover reports
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Must reside in or near Rosebank
