A leading manufacturer in Montague Gardens, Cape Town is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock management. • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and best practices.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Use inventory systems to track, analyse, and report on warehouse performance metrics.

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in stock control and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with an inventory management system.
• Previous experience managing a team effectively.
• Proven track record of accuracy and reliability in handling stock.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
