We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Representative to support our recruitment and referral efforts. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential hires while maintaining strong relationships with doctors’ offices, schools, and colleges. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with doctors’ offices to support recruitment and referral activities.
- Post job vacancies, source candidates, and track application progress through job boards and databases.
- Build and maintain recruitment pipelines by partnering with local schools and colleges.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding, interviews, and reference checks.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential hires to discuss role details, schedules, and compensation.
- Initially focus on staff recruitment, with potential to expand into client intake activities (explaining services, insurance processes, and application steps).
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: 3 to 4 years
- Recruitng: 1 to 2 years
- Tech-Savvy: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup
- Experience liaising with healthcare professionals or organizations is an advantage
