Our client, a leading private healthcare provider in Rustenburg, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to coordinate and deliver clinical training programmes aligned with SANC education standards and hospital objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse/Midwife

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing

• Post-basic qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC

• 2-3 years’ experience in a clinical training or education role

• Strong understanding of SANC requirements and nursing education legislation

• Excellent facilitation, assessment, and presentation skills

• Computer literacy essential

• Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff effectively
