A global insurance company with a focus on cycling and sustainable transport is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Associate to join their team in Stellenbosch. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with UK-based clients, providing premium service and tailored insurance solutions. Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related) advantageous
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance beneficial
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Confident and engaging telephone manner
Must be able to work UK business hours
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Passion for customer interaction and a proactive attitude
Interest in cycling or sustainability is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with UK clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options
Contact new free-trial activations and guide them through product features and sign-up
Convert leads into sales while ensuring a positive and informative customer experience
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Maintain product and regulatory knowledge relevant to UK insurance markets
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support continuous business growth
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain service excellence
