We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s Technology team in Bellville. You’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions — analysing, defining, and documenting requirements for bespoke web and mobile applications. The role involves improving processes, supporting development teams, and driving continuous system enhancement across the business.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related IT/Technical field
• 4+ years’ experience in Business Analysis (software, web, or mobile projects)
• Skilled in process mapping, documentation, testing, and change management
• Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics NAV / Business Central advantageous)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process automation
• Conduct gap and impact analyses for new and existing systems
• Collaborate with developers through all phases of the SDLC
• Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Provide user support, reporting, and training using Excel and SQL
