Who You Are:

As the Finance Analyst you are a proactive and highly organized individual with a passion for numbers and a proven ability to manage financial tasks with precision. Trustworthy and detail-oriented, you excel at working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations. In this role you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Skilled at identifying challenges and delivering solutions, you act quickly to resolve issues and communicate clearly, even when delivering difficult news. With expertise in cash flow management, financial projections, QuickBooks, commission calculations, and financial auditing, you maintain a clear pulse on the financial health of the business and confidently handle tasks like compiling business and personal financial summaries (BFS & PFS).

What You’ll Do:

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the client's financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role you will report to the CFO and your day-to-day will involve diving into the details—managing data entry, settling charges, and categorizing spending with precision to ensure the financial reports are accurate and actionable. You’ll use client's advanced expertise in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or MS Excel to analyze data across multiple platforms, delivering insights that inform key business decisions. With your effective communication skills, you’ll collaborate across teams and help address financial challenges as they arise, contributing to the success of Next Millennium Media.
