The role of Budtender will report directly to management, and the following will be included.
- Checking valid member numbers upon entry.
- Signing up new members and ensuring all registration details are complete and accurate.
- Performing regular compliance checks to uphold club policies and Cannabis regulations.
- Introducing members to our range of products and answering product-related questions.
- Allowing access to the lounge for verified and registered members only.
- Assisting with daily operations and member experience within the lounge area.
- Completing budtender training and gaining familiarity with strain profiles, dosages, consumption methods and responsible use guidance.
- Supporting the dispensary team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- You may be required to perform other reasonable duties as needed in the day-to-day operation of the business.
Required Skills
- Sales Man: 2 to 3 years
- Dispensers: 1 to 2 years
- Salespro: 1 to 2 years
- BUDTENDER : 1 to 2 years
