As an Inbound Sales Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out to us—whether by phone, email, or live chat. Your job is to listen, understand their needs, provide solutions, and guide them through the buying process with confidence and care.
Roles and responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Build trust and rapport while educating customers on our offerings

Follow up on leads and inquiries to keep the sales process moving

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Update CRM records accurately and consistently

Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
