Our Client is seeking a hard-working and reliable General Worker to join their retail team in King Williams Town. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude toward physical tasks and retail hours, and a team-oriented personality. The ideal candidate should be friendly with customers, able to think on their feet, and eager to contribute to a productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with unpacking, packing, and displaying stock
• Keep the store, shelves, and storage areas neat and tidy at all times
• Support team members with general duties throughout the store
• Assist customers with product-related queries and directions
• Monitor and report any damaged or expired stock
• Help with loading and offloading of goods
• Follow all store health and safety protocols
• Carry out tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
• Use initiative to solve minor problems independently or escalate where needed
