A well-established construction and project management company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various building projects from inception to completion. • Plan, manage, and monitor all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and timelines.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for management and client review.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or building industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project planning tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
