Duties will include:

• Consulting with clients and or counsel;
• Giving high quality legal advice to clients;
• Discussing complex legal issues with clients, attorneys, and administrative personnel; 
• Analyzing probable outcome based on legal precedents;
• Attending to legal research;
• Drafting legal opinions;
• Exceptional drafting capabilities with minimum reliance on advocates;
• Gathering and compiling evidence;
• Preparing cases for trial or arbitration;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of legal documents and client records;
• Litigating in civil courts, tribunals, and arbitrations;
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
