Duties:

• Be able to process multiple companies’ payrolls
• Full knowledge of SARS and Department of Labour Legislation
• Payroll processing on Pastel Payroll and Sage Online:
  • Employment and termination information
  • Annual bonuses
  • Job Commission
  • Any other authorized earnings
  • Provide monthly information from Payroll system on request
• Process and recon EMP201 and capture for payment
• Prepare and submit interim IRP5 and final IRP5
• Registrations:
  • PAYE registration
  • UIF registration
  • COIDA registration
• UIF declarations and UI19
• COIDA registration and “return of earnings”
• Registering all tax types
• Correspond with SARS consultants
• SARS payment arrangements
• Prepare tax paymentsProvisional tax administration and submission
• Organize and update companies’ tax database
• Public Officer and Representative Trustee appointments at SARS
