Our client, a progressive and innovative Financial Services Business with their main hub in Johannesburg is looking for a Junior Equity Analyst to join their growing team.

Primarily, you will be providing relevant equity and economic data to the Portfolio Manager(s) to assist them in implementing their views in client portfolios as well as assisting with the preparation of reports to be communicated with the companies investment board and clients.

If you are quantitatively driven and enjoy diving head first into research to ensure accuracy, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Requirements

·        Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Investments

·        2 years of experience working as an Equity Analyst or a similar role

·        Experience using Bloomberg, Reuters or Infront a plus

·        Experience in coding languages advantageous
