We're looking for a Client Experience Manager who will be the heartbeat of our VIP client relationships. You'll build deep connections with our top clients, stay on top of engagement, and proactively ensure our best customers feel valued while driving revenue through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain personal relationships with our VIP clients—be their trusted go-to person
- Monitor client engagement in HubSpot and follow up proactively when opportunities arise
- Review customer data to identify and re-engage clients who haven't purchased recently
- Reach out to cancelled customers to understand concerns and win them back
- Consultatively sell high-ticket IV therapy packages, memberships, and premium services
- Act quickly on revenue opportunities while maintaining a service-first approach
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST
Required Skills
- Customer Support: 1 year or less
- Selling Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Communication Skills: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Sales-minded with strong consultative selling skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Persuasive communicator who can re-engage dormant clients with empathy
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or hospitality preferred
