General Manager Commercial - Aviation 

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Commercial to lead and grow the airline’s Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) and Charter functions. This is a senior executive role, overseeing strategy, commercial performance, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the Commercial Division, setting KPIs and delivering on financial targets.

• Drive commercial strategy for both RPT and Charter services, aligning with operational and safety standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, charterers, travel agents, and industry partners.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify and maximise new opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CASA and legislative standards).

• Lead change management and risk assessment processes across the division.

• Foster a positive safety culture and demonstrate strong leadership across teams.
