Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead client interactions and drive growth in the transmission products sector. This is a hands-on role where technical expertise, strong client relationships and practical sales skills come together.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for industrial transmission products (chains, bearings, hoses, belts, etc.).
Manage customer accounts, respond to queries, resolve issues and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct site visits, provide technical consultations and support field operations through inspections and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical) to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
Stay current with product developments, participate in training and train clients on product usage.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
5–10 years’ technical experience in the transmission industry.
Strong hands-on knowledge of chains, bearings, hoses, belting and related products.
Proven track record in customer service and account management.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
