Our client, in the automotive parts industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches in the Limpopo region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the upkeep, performance and management of multiple branches within the region.
• Enforce BSOP standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review operational and financial reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Branch Managers and Senior Management.
• Address and resolve stock control, warehouse and operational issues efficiently.
• Oversee branch inventory and security, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Ensure smooth, profitable and compliant branch operations at all times.
• Develop and implement sales, operational and customer service strategies to drive growth.
• Provide strong leadership, guidance and support to the branch teams.
