• Off-site CCTV cameras, and other systems and reporting any suspicious behaviour immediately.
• Dispatch reaction when panics / alerts or any other related communication is received.
• Ensuring that all systems and equipment are in working order and report any faults or errors.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency response procedures, taking immediate action in case of emergencies or abnormal situations.
• Maintain effective communication with other operators, team members, and supervisors to relay important information and coordinate activities.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of system operations, events, alarms, and maintenance activities.
• Compile shift reports consisting of site reports, patrolling reports, absenteeism, incident reports.
• Ensure that sites are covered, including arranging replacements and making necessary arrangements.
• Record all incidents in the Occurrence Book (OB) with full details as prescribed in the company policies and procedures.
• Assist with sending out communication to sites as and when required.
