An innovative Digital Forensics and Information and Cyber Security company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Please note that this role is fully in office.

Skills Required

· Experience with helpdesk tools or ticketing systems

· Knowledge and experience in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware/software)

· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

· Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus
