Candidate Requirements

•Matric with relevant Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Services, Social Sciences or Learning and Development

•Experienced in designing and developing training content

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

•Strong customer-oriented approach

•Effective problem-solving capabilities

•Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team

•Skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops, and group discussions

•Strong writing abilities, including proposals, reports, and articles

•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

•Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle (essential)
