Small successful Business in Spartan requires an efficient Office Administrator to manage the Office. The ideal Candidate should enjoy working independently yet be supportive in a Team, have own reliable transport, fluent in English and Afrikaans and a proven stable track record.
Duties include :-
Answering busy phones
Responding to Emails
Generating Quotations and Invoices
Generating Purchase Orders
Attend to Customers
Retrieving Stock from the Stores
Filing
Required Skills
- Office Administrator: 2 to 3 years
- Receptionist Duties: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Matric
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans written and Verbal
Computer Literate - Pastel an advantage
Minimum of 2 years experience
