Debtsource is a leading credit management solutions provider specializing in trade credit insurance for B2B clients. The company partners with information bureaux and insurers to offer tailored credit risk solutions, including selected debtor and excess-of-loss cover. The company employs approximately 140 staff members across three branches in South Africa.

This hybrid role integrates financial oversight with strategic HR leadership to support a dynamic team bridging finance, insurance, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, costing, and invoicing aligned with company models.
• Manage financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements, including SARS etc.
• Support strategic planning and financial modelling for the various Heads of Department.
• Oversee internal and external auditors to ensure effective audits.

HR Support:

• Support the company’s Heads Of Departments by sourcing staff where required and liaising with outside sources to find suitable candidates.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
