Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Quality Controller to join their team in handling fresh fruit and vegetable produce. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing fresh produce orders for distribution while ensuring quality, accuracy, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick fresh fruit and vegetables accurately according to order sheets or pick lists

• Inspect produce for quality, ripeness, and damage before packing

• Pack products safely and efficiently into crates, boxes, or pallets

• Label and seal packed produce as per company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area

• Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out)

• Work efficiently to meet daily picking and packing targets

• Follow all health and safety regulations and food safety protocols

• Communicate any quality issues or shortages to supervisors
