Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing

• Post Basic or additional qualification in Nursing Education

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Facilitator

• SANC registration

• Strong mentoring, teaching, and presentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to design and implement educational programmes and evaluate outcomes
