An opportunity exists for a Senior Professional Nurse to join a leading ICU in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The successful candidate will mentor staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee clinical operations within the ICU.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Professional Nurse qualification

• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit (e.g., Perioperative Nursing)

• Minimum 3 years’ Professional Nurse experience in a hospital setting

• At least 1 year of mentor experience

• SANC registration

• Strong clinical assessment, critical care, and decision-making skills

• Ability to support and develop junior nursing staff

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
