We’re seeking an experienced Unit Manager to take the lead in our client’s Trauma Unit based in Durban. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a skilled multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional, patient-centred trauma care.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing with 3+ years post-registration & leadership experience

• Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Trauma & Emergency Nursing

• Current BLS Certification

• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

• Collaborative management style & team development focus

• Knowledge of healthcare legislation, ethics & standards

• SANC Registered

• Management/Education qualification advantageous
