We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with strong Revit expertise to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, detailed Revit models, and custom Revit families for retail projects.
This role requires a strong eye for accuracy, understanding of construction detailing, and experience delivering coordinated documentation across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit (primary software).

• Create, maintain, and manage Revit families and templates to ensure design consistency and efficiency.

• Prepare technical drawings for retail environments, including shopfitting layouts, joinery, and fixture detailing.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure model coordination and accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with SANS, NBR, and municipal regulations for all council submissions.

• Maintain drawing version control and adherence to BIM standards.

• Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to the resolution of technical or design challenges.
