About the Company:

Our client, a leading Investments and Agriculture Group, is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of their growing local and international portfolio.

This role requires a hands-on, strategic finance professional with strong leadership, reporting, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and manage all financial operations across the group

·         Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

·         Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements (local and international)

·         Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support executive decisions

·         Oversee cash flow, loan schedules, and debt management

·         Prepare board packs and management reports for executive review

·         Drive system and process improvements within the finance function

·         Provide strategic financial insight to management and stakeholders

·         Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency
