We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Shift Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong electrical background and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the facility (electrical, mechanical, basic plumbing, etc.)

·       Assist in planned preventative maintenance tasks

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution

·       Lead small maintenance projects and coordinate team efforts

·       Supervise and guide junior team members and contractors when necessary

·       Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company standards

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
