Wykco operates an innovative AI Native Investment Banking Platform connecting institutional investors with curated investment opportunities. We're seeking a dynamic FinTech Sales Specialist to onboard professional investors onto our platform and facilitate deal access through our technology-driven marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Sales & Onboarding: Sell access to our AI-powered investment platform to professional investors, family offices, and institutional clients through digital outreach and virtual presentations
- Investor Acquisition: Target and qualify potential investors for platform registration using modern sales tools and digital marketing approaches
- Deal Facilitation: Support investors in accessing deals available on the platform through reverse solicitation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Technology Demonstrations: Present platform capabilities through web demos, showcasing AI features, deal flow, and investment analytics to prospective clients
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with platform users, ensuring satisfaction and identifying expansion opportunities for additional services
- Sales Process Optimization: Use CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage pipeline, track conversions, and optimize outreach effectiveness
- Market Education: Educate prospects on platform benefits, AI investment capabilities, and digital deal access advantages over traditional investment processes
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for investor onboarding and deal facilitation in accordance with financial services regulations

Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 2-4 years B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or professional services
- FinTech, SaaS, or technology sales background with experience selling digital platforms or software solutions
- Professional client interaction experience with sophisticated buyers (not necessarily institutional investors)
- CRM and sales technology proficiency including email automation, LinkedIn outreach, and pipeline management
- Strong communication skills for virtual presentations and digital relationship building
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services exposure through previous roles, education, or personal interest
- Platform or marketplace sales experience (SaaS, marketplaces, technology platforms)
- Compliance awareness in regulated industries or professional services
- Digital marketing skills including social selling, content marketing, or lead generation
- International client experience or comfort with global markets
- Professional certifications in sales, digital marketing, or related areas
