Employer: West Coast Personnel
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join a high-end showroom team. You will assist clients with selecting and purchasing tiles, taps, accessories, and more for new projects or renovations. The role may also involve telephonic canvassing to generate business.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Saturdays from 8.30 am - 1 pm, with one Saturday off per month
Candidate Requirements

- Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Proven history of excellent customer service
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets
- 3–5 years showroom sales experience, preferably in construction/tiling
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Microsoft Office proficiency and sound arithmetic skills
- Flair for design and creativity
- Negotiation skills
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
