Join Wykco's High-Growth Fintech Team as Business Development Manager
Wykco operates cutting-edge investment platforms serving institutional investors, family offices, and alternative asset managers globally. We're seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through relationship building and deal closure across our platform portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Drive monthly revenue through institutional deal closure and investor relationship management
- Client Acquisition: Source, qualify, and close private placement deals with professional investors and institutional clients
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and institutional investment managers
- Deal Management: Manage complex investment transactions from initial contact through closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Market Development: Identify and develop new market opportunities across assigned geographic regions (Americas, Europe, or Asia-Pacific focus)
- Platform Expertise: Present and demonstrate multiple investment platform capabilities to sophisticated institutional clients
- Compliance Excellence: Maintain 100% compliance with reverse solicitation requirements and regulatory documentation standards

Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5+ years proven experience in business development, institutional sales, or investment relationship management
- Established network of institutional investor relationships (family offices, asset managers, pension funds, or similar)
- Financial services knowledge including private placements, fund structures, and investment processes
- Regulatory compliance experience with KYC/AML procedures and investor relations documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Excellent English communication skills for international client interaction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex financial transactions with institutional investors
- International experience working with cross-border investment structures
- Technology platform experience or fintech background
- Multi-language capabilities (Arabic, Mandarin, French, German, or Spanish)
- Startup or high-growth company experience
