Migarda Investments is a National Telkom dealer that has 42 Telkom stores operating in 3 different regions across the country (KZN, WC and NC).

We are looking for Target driven individuals to join our sales team to fill roles in our Telkom Stores located in Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

Mobile + Data Sales (New Contracts/Upgrades/Migrations/Prepaid).
Fibre (New Contracts/Upgrades/Migrations/Prepaid).
Accessory + Insurance Sales
Booking in Devices for Repairs / OBF Exchange
Device Setup
Ports / Sim Swops
Handling of Cash / Reports / Client Documents.
Stock Takes, opening and Closing responsibilities.
Administration
Attend Promotions
General Housekeeping.
Following Company policies at all times and staying updates with the latest Telkom offers/changes.
Most importantly you must have a passion for Customer Service and be driven to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Experience:

Candidate needs a minimum of 1-year sales, retail & or cellular experience.
Candidate must possess a competitive drive to meet sales to targets
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
An eye for detail towards compliance
Manage time effectively
Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Good work ethic.
