Your Role
As a Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for managing the full acquisition process – from making the initial call to prospective clients, conducting presentations, and completing property inspections – all with the goal of signing up new property owners and investors. You’ll thrive on sourcing leads, building trust, and closing deals that grow our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Source and approach potential property owners and investors.
Call prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive presentations.
Conduct property inspections as part of the onboarding process.
Present FPS’s unique short-term rental management solution.
Build strong client relationships and secure new listings.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads, achieving monthly targets.
Use our CRM to track activity and follow up with prospects.
