A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated Structural Engineer to join their team in Paarl Cape Town.

The successful candidate will be involved in the design, analysis, and supervision of structural projects, including steel and concrete structures, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and mixed-material structures.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct load calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) for various projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure design integrity.
• Review and check structural designs for compliance with local codes and standards.
• Assist in project management, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
• Participate in site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.

 Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
