We are currently seeking a JSE Sponsor Analyst to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

· SDP certificate (Sponsor Development Programme) – preference for candidates who have completed SDP and obtained executive status, or ability to achieve within 6–12 months.

· Proven knowledge and experience with JSE Listings Requirements and related regulation (Companies Act, Takeover Regulation).

· Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
