Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising Executive to support our fundraising and partnership initiatives where women empowerment is concerned. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NGO fundraising, excellent donor engagement skills, and a proven ability to secure financial support from individuals, corporates, foundations, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.

Ensure timely communication, reporting, and acknowledgment of donor contributions.

Maintain a donor database with accurate records.

Fundraising Campaigns & Events
-
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and donor drives.
-
Support the development of innovative fundraising initiatives (digital campaigns, corporate partnerships, crowdfunding, etc.).

Proposal Writing & Reporting
-
Research potential funding opportunities from grants, foundations, and corporates.
-
Write compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and donor reports.

Track reporting deadlines and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Strategy & Target Achievement

Contribute to the fundraising strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets.

Work closely with the Fundraising Manager to identify new opportunities and expand revenue streams.

Marketing & Communication Support

Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to create fundraising materials, donor newsletters, and impact stories.

Leverage social media, digital platforms, and community networks to attract funding.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Marketing, Business, Development Studies, or related field.
-
Previous NGO or nonprofit fundraising experience is essential (minimum 2–3 years).

Proven success in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor management.

Strong network of donor and corporate contacts is highly desirable.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and research skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and donor management CRM systems.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Marketing, Development Studies, Business, Communications, or related field.

A relevant postgraduate diploma or professional certification in fundraising will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of proven fundraising experience within an NGO / nonprofit environment.
-
Demonstrated success in securing funding from corporates, donors, foundations, or grant-making bodies.

Strong track record in proposal writing, donor reporting, and grant applications.

Experience in organizing fundraising campaigns, donor events, and digital fundraising initiatives.

Familiarity with donor databases / CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar).
