Robshaw Property Group is looking for ambitious and hardworking individuals to join our innovative and exciting real estate agency in the following areas:
Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Blouberg.
This is a commission only role, but agents can expect to earn between R15,000 to R50,000 per month on average, with top agents earning R100,000 plus.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Source properties to list for sale (Seller leads provided)
- Value properties
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Arrange/conduct property viewings
- Write property descriptions and post ads
- Guide buyers through the offer and purchase process
- Complete all necessary duties performed by an Estate Agent
Candidate Requirements
- Prior real estate experience not required but is a plus.
- Tertiary education not required but is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Personal skills - Friendly, well-mannered
- Entrepreneurial skills - a will to succeed and constantly improve
- Agents will be provided with the necessary training and guidance to be successful
- Own transport required
