You’ll oversee a team of over 100 skilled gardeners and cleaners, driving quality and client satisfaction on 30+ premium sites.  Key Responsibilities:

ü  Drive between multiple sites to manage and support landscape maintenance teams.

ü  Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to ensure impeccable standards.

ü  Oversee staff timesheets, data capture and minor HR tasks.

ü  Source, interview and appoint new site staff.

ü  Monitor agreement KPIs and report daily goals to the Operations Manager.

ü  Liaise with clients during and after business hours to address requests and build relationships.

ü  Identify and quote minor landscape improvements (MIs).
