A leading cost consultancy is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Gauteng. If you have extensive experience with large scale retail and commercial projects, then this is the role for you. Role requirements:

·       BSc/ B Tech in Quantity Surveying

·       10+ years’ experience with a strong focus on large-scale retail, commercial and mix-use developments.

·       Must have experience with CCS Candy and Win QS.

·       Knowledgeable of construction contracts like NEC, JBCC, FIDIC

·       Registered as SACQSP candidate and/or SACPCMP Candidate.

Key responsibilities:

·       Montor projects throughout the different steps.

·       Prepare BOQ’s and cost reports

·       Compile tender documentation.

·       Compile monthly payment valuations.

·       Contract management
